Missions

Through Missions we will go abroad
And help the lost be found
Together we’ll all encounter God
As His love is spread around

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28: 18 to 20)

The missions committee in Toa Payoh Methodist Church seeks to encourage every member of the church to be involved in missions, be it is through praying, giving or serving on a missions trip.

As of today, TPMC has missions work in Cambodia and Thailand and have missionaries based in both countries. Carol Ong is based in Cambodia and she oversees Emmaus Women’s Centre under Methodist Missions Society. Florence Leow and Angela Sng are based in Thailand, Chiangmai and are reaching the Shan people under the umbrella of OMF and MMS respectively. The church organises regular missions trips to support the ministries of the missionaries.

If you would like to participate in the missions work of Toa Payoh Methodist Church, kindly email audrey.ong@tpmc.org.sg.
