BAPTISM IN TPMC
Baptism is the way and symbol Jesus gave His followers to mark and profess their decision and commitment to trust and follow Him. In TPMC, the preparation for baptism for adults begins with The Alpha Course.
The Alpha Course meets once a week, beginning with a meal so that participants can get to know one another in a casual setting. This is followed by an engaging teaching video and an interactive time of small group discussion. Everyone is welcomed to share opinions, ask questions and discuss issues.
Following The Alpha Course, baptism candidates will continue with three Alpha Follow-up sessions on the spiritual practices of the Christian faith that help you grow in your relationship with God.

Programme dates/time for 2026
Alpha Run 1
Dates: 21 February – 9 May; 30 May – 13 June (Saturdays)
Time: 9.30am to 12.00noon
Register for Alpha by 31st Jan, 2026.
The Baptism Service will be held at the 10.30am Sunday Service on 21 June 2026. If you have already attended Alpha within the last two years, you can sign up for adult baptism here.
Alpha Run 2
Dates: 12 July – 27 September; 18 October – 1 November (Sundays)
Time: 12.00noon to 3.30pm
Registration for the second run is not open yet.
For Infant/Child Baptism
Parents who wish for their infant/child (below 16 years old) to be baptised can submit their registrations online, and be contacted for a parent briefing.
