As disciples of Christ, we want to move what we learn from our head to our heart, to our hands and be spiritually formed by Christ. Exploring the Way is the ideal journey as a small community to practice the Christian spiritual life where we will introduce you to the spiritual disciplines of journaling, sharing spiritual journeys, lectio divina, prayer, holy listening and the daily examen. Through stories, scripture, and daily spiritual exercises, you’ll establish a rhythm of daily time with God, weekly time in Christian community, and a lifelong attentiveness to possibilities for serving the world. Feed your hungry soul and rejuvenate your spiritual journey through these spiritual practices.
