PASTORAL STAFF
This pastoral staff will work closely with the Pastors and leaders to provide direction and care for selected ministries, as well as build a lay team to spearhead ministry efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, plan and execute programmes for ministries.
- Network with stakeholders and identify partnership opportunities to serve the church or local community.
- Work with Ministry Chairperson to form, guide and equip a working committee for furthering the core purposes of the ministry whether through organizing activities or teaching.
- Plan and execute other key programmes as well as support services as requested by the pastors.
- Provide pastoral support and care to worshippers and ministries.
- Perform any other duties assigned, including teaching/preaching, making announcements, attending to walk-ins, conduct home blessings, and wake services.
Requirements
- Possess minimally 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Holds a genuine care for people and the church.
- Ability to strategise, organise and communicate ideas well.
- Ability to engage and connect with people, and to work independently and in teams.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with theological training are preferred.

AUDIO-VISUAL ASSISTANT
The Audio-Visual (AV) Assistant will support the audio-visual and technical operations during church services and events. The staff will work closely with the Audio-Visual Executive to equip the volunteer team to support the church events and programmes, as well as maintain the relevant AV equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing services pertaining to sound engineering andmaintenance at the Local Church.
- Oversee the audio mix during Saturday worship rehearsals, Sunday services, and as needed, for special services/events.
- Train and guide TECH ministry members during rehearsals,so that members will be able to conduct their sound engineering duties duringworship services effectively.
- Arrange and conduct training for TECH ministry’s newly recruited members, to equipthem with the basic skills and competencies.
- Look into the regular maintenance and troubleshooting of problems related to the audio system, to ensure that the system continues to meet the needs and requirements of the church.
- Join the TECH ministry’s committee meetings, toplan possible system upgrades, suggest areas of improvement, organise trainings and retreats.
- Perform post-production sound edits for recordings (video and audio).
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by the church office for thepurposes of carrying out the church’s vision and mission.
Requirements
- Diploma in audio engineering/production or related discipline
- Fluent with both analog and digital consoles
- Be able to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues
- Experience serving in a church or worship setting is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends and non-regular work hours.

TPMC INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
The internship programme is a platform opened to our members who sense a call for full-time ministry from God and wish to explore that calling in a safe environment. The Pastors and pastoral team will come alongside the interns to help them learn more about full-time ministry, as well as learn more about God’s calling upon the individual.
